Ich finde der Wettbewerb hat über die Jahre an Bedeutung verloren, die Preisträger der vergangenen 15 Jahre kennt man fast gar nicht. In der Jury alles ehemalige erste Preisträger? Irgendwie uninteressant das alles. Einzig die Namen Lortie und Zilberstein lassen aufhorchen, sie gehören nicht zu denjenigen, deren Namen man in jeder dritten Jury findet... Von Demus wusste ich gar nicht, dass er noch lebt... Er müsste doch mittlerweile auch an die 90 sein?!
Erzählt mal bei Gelegenheit wie es ausgegangen ist! Da sind doch die Wettbewerbe interessanter, die nur alle vier oder fünf Jahre stattfinden...

- 2016 Cleveland International Piano Competition
The Masterclass is open to 6 pianist, and it will take place in a beautiful ancient palace in the old city of Brescia from the 8th to the 10th of May 2015.
Participants will receive 3 lessons of 60 minutes each.
Beside the final concert of the masterclass
“Pianist from the World” inside the concert season “Talent Music Master Concerts”, concerts with the best participants will be offered in Italy by the Academy.
